Eran Gil has been the CEO of AllCloud since July of 2018 and a Board Member since 2015. As CEO, Eran is responsible for the overall leadership of AllCloud. He oversees the development of the company’s strategic vision and growth of the organization across the globe.
An entrepreneur, board member, investor and adviser, Eran’s experience spans from senior leadership roles to CEO, most recently driving global sales and business development at Salesfusion. Prior, Eran co-founded Cloud Sherpas in 2008 and led various teams from global sales through global business development. Cloud Sherpas grew to over 1,100 employees and $200 million in annual sales, and was acquired by Accenture in 2015.
Eran is also an active Board member of Algopix, Xertica and Enablo, all companies which operate in the cloud infrastructure and Software-as-a-Service space. Eran holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School, Emory University in Atlanta.
Heather Lipp joined AllCloud in February 2021 as Global CFO. In her role, Heather oversees financial and legal matters, as well as information technology and systems. As a finance executive, Heather’s career has spanned organizations of all sizes, including Stage Fund, Techtonic, NIMBL, Liberty Media, General Electric and Kaiser Permanente. She holds two master’s degrees – an MBA and MS in Accounting, both from the University of Colorado, Denver and a BA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Beyond her extensive financial experience, Heather is actively involved in the community. She is currently a commissioner for the Colorado Supreme and Appellate Court Judicial Nominating Commission and previously sat on the boards of Girls Inc. of Metro Denver and SungateKids.
Heather is the founder of the wine blog www.10KBottles.com and co-wrote the book Is There Apple Juice in My Wine? Thirty-Eight Laws that Affect the Wine you Drink.
Ronit Rubin joined AllCloud in 2016 as CEO; after spearheading the company’s global expansion, she assumed the role of President for the EMEA region in 2018. As President of EMEA, she leads and directs the region’s business growth in terms of markets, services, sales, and human resources.
Ronit was formerly a board member and Vice President of the Business Division at Partner Communications, prior to which she served as the company’s Vice President of Information Systems and Processes. Before joining Partner, she was CIO at Visa Cal and a member of the Visa International Advisory Board. This followed extended service in the computing unit of the Israeli Navy, which she completed as CIO and with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
As a market influencer, Ronit is a leader in business and technology management. She has significant experience in senior positions in the Israeli business world, building and driving strong, successful organizations. Ronit holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Ben Gurion University and a Bachelor’s degree from Bar Ilan University in Economics and Logistics.
Doug Shepard joined AllCloud in 2018 as the President of North America. As President of North America, he is responsible for the strategic growth of the business across the region with a focus on the Salesforce and AWS ecosystems.
Doug has spent most of his career helping to launch and then build high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining AllCloud, Doug served as the president of the Google Business Group at Cloud Sherpas where he tripled the practice revenues within three years of taking over the role. Upon the Cloud Sherpas acquisition by Accenture, Doug became Managing Director for Accenture’s Cloud First Applications practice, heading up the global Google group.
Doug also previously worked at EVault as Vice President, Enterprise Sales. During his six-year tenure, he helped lead EVault from $2 million to $48 million in revenue and a successful acquisition by Seagate Technologies. Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University.
Yosi Frenkel co-founded AllCloud in 2014 and currently holds the position of EVP of Business Development. As EVP Business Development, his vision is to bring together leading companies in the field to form one energetic, innovative and a financially strong entity that provides cutting-edge, tailored, end-to-end cloud solutions.
Over his 25 year career in management, business and corporate development, Yosi has closed deals totaling hundreds of millions of US dollars with major international corporations from the worlds of technology, defense, health and life sciences, communications, and semiconductors. Yosi has worked in investment and finance at the Israel Ministry of Finance and IDB, and in corporate development at M-Systems and Sandisk.
Yosi also served as VP Global Corporate Development at Ness Technologies, driving M&A strategic thinking, decisions and partnerships. He left Ness in 2014 to establish AllCloud, raising the required capital and recruiting the initial team from his strong network of industry contacts. Yosi holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance (Cum Laude) from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
Lahav Savir is an AllCloud co-founder and CTO of our Platforms practice. Prior to which he founded Emind in 2008, one of the first AWS partners in Israel, which focused on enabling customers to smoothly deploy and manage their workloads on the public cloud.
Today, Lahav leads the company’s Platforms strategy, roadmap, AWS service portfolio and cloud vendor relations. With his vast cloud experience, he’s also acting as an adviser to key technology companies. Lahav has over 20 years’ experience as a Systems Architect and technology leader and is a globally recognized cloud expert, holding a track record in designing and deploying large, high-end, complex enterprise and online services.
Over the years, Lahav has created unique programs, such as the “Cloud Architecture Workshop,” “Enterprise Cloud On-Boarding Program” and “Cloud Native IT Model Managed Services” that AllCloud uses today to facilitate its customers’ cloud transformation and adoption.
Amir Hunga joined AllCloud at its inception in 2014 as the CEO of Blat Lapidot. In 2016 after its merge with Emind, Amir assumed the position of EVP Business Applications. As EVP Business Applications, Amir is responsible for driving business application strategy, managing partner alliances and relationships, and creating the Salesforce service portfolio and solutions.
Amir has a proven executive track-record in exceeding business goals by integrating market understanding, deep technology knowledge, business vision, and strategy. His previous roles include CEO of Infolio, a startup company until its acquisition, and Senior VP Emerging Solutions at Ness Technologies where he built new business units focused on Digital and Cloud Computing.
Amir has a strong background in IT management, and has also served as CIO in various global companies such as Radware and Aladdin Knowledge Systems. Amir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Ort Braude College and a Practical Electronic Engineering certification from the Technion.
Dr. Timo Sandritter serves as AllCloud’s Chief People Officer, where he is responsible for setting and driving the human capital strategy for AllCloud’s global presence.
Timo is a serial entrepreneur, and co-founder of Rippleworx, a technology focused software offering that provides professional sports teams, military units, and corporations with a performance accelerator platform.
Prior, Timo served as Chief Operations Officer of Haufe. In the role, Timo was responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and its internal capabilities, including talent management, legal, operations, finance, and corporate development.
Timo was also the Executive Partner of Cygnus Strategy Group, where he utilized his experience with both multinational corporations and start-ups to deliver a holistic approach to business improvement and transformation. Timo also helped build Digium, where he served as Chief People Officer.
Timo is an avid learner with multiple masters and doctoral degrees including a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard University. He serves as an adjunct professor at various universities, is a frequent industry speaker and serves on multiple boards of directors.
Gabriel Romero joined AllCloud in 2018 and is responsible for the global marketing strategy across the company. As CMO, Gabriel leads the global marketing team, who work to oversee the global brand, corporate communications, digital and social marketing, public and analyst relations, and to build an overall demand generation engine for AllCloud.
He joins AllCloud with over 20 years of technology marketing experience working for both large global brands and start-ups alike. Previously, Gabriel worked at Cloud Sherpas, where he was brought on to build the marketing and demand generation efforts for the, then brand new, Salesforce business unit. After quickly and successfully building the marketing engine for the Salesforce business, he then took on the role of Global VP of Marketing across all Cloud Sherpas business units, where he led the marketing efforts for the entire firm until they were acquired by Accenture. While at Accenture, Gabriel led the global marketing efforts for the Cloud First Applications practice, which includes the Salesforce, Workday, Google and PegaSystems practices.
He has also held marketing management roles at Ariba, an SAP company, RSM McGladrey and several smaller technology firms. Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico and an MA from Georgia State University.
Shai Weil has been the Chairman of the Board at AllCloud since its inception in 2014. A seasoned senior executive with over 25 years of experience, Shai has vast in-depth knowledge of various fields including real estate, infrastructure, pharma, renewable energy and more.
Whether he’s working with early-stage startups or supporting established businesses as an astute strategist with sharp business acumen, Shai provides direction that helps companies grow, mature and succeed. Prior to joining AllCloud, Shai held various senior management positions, and today, serves on the boards of several organizations, including: Chairman at Lumen Capital, Hartuv Cement. He is a board member at Enlight Renewable Energy (traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), Milgam, Medison Biotech and others. Shai is a member of the management of the Manufacturers Association of Israel and a member of its finance committee. He also serves on the Board of trustees of Etgarim, Mayanei Hayeshua Medical Center, Aluma and the Jewish Democratic Forum at Bar Ilan University.
Shai holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Bar Ilan University, a Master of Science Management from Boston University and a Doctorate in International Business and Management from Pace University in New York.
Jon Hallett joined AllCloud as a Board Member in 2018 and is passionate about turning ideas and new technologies into durable businesses. Today, Mr. Hallett is actively involved as a Board Member, investor and adviser to high-growth companies, particularly in the areas of Software-as-a-Service and cloud infrastructure.
Mr. Hallett serves as a Board Director for BetterCloud, Salesfusion Inc., Pointivo, MessageGears, Terminus Software, Rachio, and several others. Additionally, he serves on the Advisory Board of QASymphony, Delta-V Capital, Knoll Ventures and Servato. Previously, he served as CEO of multiple venture-backed technology companies as well as Chairman and Director of various other successful startups including Northridge Systems, mindSHIFT Technologies, Cloud Sherpas, Vocalocity, and Appnet.
Jon started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University.
Benjamin Cobb has been an AllCloud Board Member since 2019. Benjamin is a partner at Eastside, where he has worked since 2009. He focuses on the fund’s investments in higher education, healthcare and B2B software & services, and is actively involved in all aspects of the fund’s operations, including sourcing investment opportunities, due diligence, executing transactions, portfolio management and fund administration. Benjamin has been actively involved with nine Eastside portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Eastside, Benjamin worked with Accenture Development Partnerships and the Namibian Ministry of Education to design, implement and manage national K-12 curriculum reform centered on information and communication technologies.
Benjamin earned a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia.
